SEARCHING FOR A PRODUCT

  1. How do I search for a particular publication?

On the store homepage, the menu on the left is categorized by Publications and Technology/Topic. Please click on the options available on these left side menus to view respectively categorized publications. Click on View All to see all the publications. Also available is a search feature. Please use this to find additional results to your search query.

PAYMENT

  1. How do I make a purchase?

When you click on an Order Now button, the details of the products will be transferred to the Order Form. Fill in your information, and click on Submit. The order will be reviewed and you will be sent an invoice to the email address you specified. The invoice will contain fields that will allow you to pay for the product using a credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express), company check, and bank wire transfer. We do not accept credit cards directly on the website due to security reasons.

  1. What if I would like to pay via Pay-Pal?

Please contact us if this is the only way you can pay.

  1. What currency can I use to pay for the order?

We only accept payment in US dollars.

  1. Do you take international orders?

Yes, we gladly accept international orders and ship internationally. However, we only accept US dollars as payment.

  1. Do you take Phone Orders?

Yes, please call us at + (1) 610-408-0117 between 9:00 a.m and 5:00 p.m Eastern Time (US), Monday to Friday, to place your order.

  1. How do I know that my order has been successfully submitted?

If you followed all the checkout steps and clicked the submit button, you should have been directed to an ORDER CONFIRMATION page. If you see this page thanking you for your order then yes your order was submitted correctly and an EMAIL confirmation was automatically sent to you. If you do not receive an automated confirmation within five minutes it was likely blocked by a SPAM filter, or you may have incorrectly entered your email address. The email indicates that we received your order and will be processing it shortly.  Please note that we require corporate email addresses and do not accept orders through public email accounts such as YAHOO, MSN, GMAIL, AOL, etc. Call/email us if you did not receive the order confirmation email or did not hear back from us within three working days.

  1. I ordered the wrong product, what should I do?

If we have not yet processed the order please contact us to rectify the order. Generally all sales are final due to the nature of our products.

  1. Can I cancel my order?

An order can be canceled if it has not yet been processed.

ORDERING INFORMATION

  1. What is the difference between individual subscriptions and Multiple Users/Library/Site license/Worldwide location licenses?

Individual subscription is for a single user only. Our copyright policy entails that the publications cannot be duplicated.

Multiple Users/Library/Site license/Worldwide location licenses- If more than one user would like to use the publication, we can send out multiple copies of the publication or make the publication available to one company location or entire companies via designated IP addresses. For pricing information please contact us with specific order information.

  1. What is the difference between the electronic and print version of the publications?

In terms of content, there is no difference between the electronic and print version of the publication. Electronic versions are simply downloaded from our website. The user will require Adobe Reader to open the publication. Advantages of ordering an electronic version of the product include;

  • Instant access to the publication
  • Ability to use the 'Find' feature to look for keywords within the document
  • Easily stored for future reference

Print versions of publications are mailed after the order is processed.

  1. Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes we do. Multiple-copy discounts are available. Contact us with your order details for a quote.

  1. I purchased an electronic version of the publication. How long will the download be available?

Generally, the download will be available for a week.

  1. Why can I not view the Table of Contents?

You must have the free Adobe Reader installed on your computer to view & print the Table of Contents/Prospectus/etc. Please visit http://get.adobe.com/reader/ to download the free Adobe Reader.

  1. Do the publications come in any other languages?

No, all publications are in English. Additionally, we do not allow for the publications to be translated.

  1. Do you sell through third party vendors?

No, we do not have any authorized resellers. For the best price, and to qualify for any promotions that are currently being offered, please purchase your copy of the publications via www.hydrocarbonpublishing.com or call + (1) 610-408-0117 between 9:00 a.m and 5:00 p.m Eastern Time (US), Monday to Friday.

All print issues will be shipped first class or air mail.

  1. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. If there is a shipping charge, pricing varies and is indicated in the invoice that you receive after you submit your order.
